The Support & Advice Hub aims to provide student-focused, high-quality independent advice on academic and housing matters, while providing support for students with wellbeing concerns. It is an inclusive, accessible, and supportive service that empowers students to overcome challenges during their time at Newcastle University.

The Support & Advice Hub Administrator provides a warm, welcoming and supportive first point of contact for the service users of the Support & Advice Hub. They will also provide administrative, technical, resource and promotional support to help ensure the effective running of the team.

They are a key part of the Support & Advice Hub team and work alongside the Head of Advocacy & Wellbeing and Advice Manager to provide an excellent service to students.

Every year the team supports hundreds of students with a wide range of academic and housing issues alongside a wide range of wellbeing concerns.
