We’re seeking a motivated Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Partnership role at a flourishing practice in Warrington, Cheshire. The clinic is in a prime spot, with easy access to both Manchester and Liverpool. Inside, you’ll find a modern, well-designed space with four consult rooms, a dedicated operating theatre, and a separate cat clinic upstairs.

The practice is fully equipped with top-tier tools including an advanced dental suite, tonopen, endoscope, ultrasound, ECG, in-house laboratory, and more. It already boasts a loyal client base and has excellent potential for further growth. This opportunity allows you to shape the clinical direction, expand your leadership skills, and provide outstanding patient care, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We want to hear from a confident GP Vet who is passionate about both clinical excellence and client service. You’ll need to be someone who can inspire a team, nurture strong relationships, and deliver tailored, high-quality care.

Previous leadership or commercial experience is helpful, but what matters most is ambition, drive, and the desire to succeed—full support will be there every step of the way.

Our client’s Partnership model gives you the independence of practice ownership while removing the risks and administrative burdens. You’ll also be part of a large network of fellow Partners, offering a wealth of shared knowledge and support.

• Monthly profit share plus guaranteed exit payment when you choose to leave the partnership
• Exit valuations increase over time (multiples applied at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 years)
• Example:
  Drawings can grow from £110k at Year 2 to £178k at Year 10, with equity increasing from £300k to over £1.2m*
• Equity purchased depends on clinic valuation and affordability, with financing options available

• Clinical support network from experienced vets and specialists
• Dedicated back-office support (finance, HR, marketing, procurement, facilities)
• Regional Operations support to help run the practice smoothly
• Initial drawings safeguarded (minimum £75k salary if profits are lower in early stages)
