Dental Hygienist

A rare opportunity has arisen at Newcastle Dental Practice, Newcastle-under-Lyme, for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join our well-established, private, patient-focused practice for 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays).

Located in the heart of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Newcastle Dental Practice has been proudly serving the local community since 1958, delivering trusted, high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our modernised practice is fully equipped with contemporary technology and offers a wide range of private treatments, with a strong focus on long-term oral health and patient experience.

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist who is passionate about preventive dentistry and building lasting patient relationships.

You will work alongside our experienced clinicians and supportive team to deliver high-quality hygiene care within a relaxed, private setting. This is an ideal opportunity for a hygienist looking for autonomy, flexibility, and a loyal patient base in a friendly, well-run practice.

This role is offered on a self-employed basis for 2 days per week, with scope for growth.

• Deliver high-quality dental hygiene treatments in a private practice setting
• Provide periodontal care, oral health education, and tailored preventive advice
• Build strong rapport with patients, ensuring a calm and positive experience
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
• Work collaboratively with dentists to support comprehensive patient care
• Uphold the highest standards of cross-infection control and clinical governance

You will be a GDC-registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll be confident working independently, organised, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards.
