This established, five-surgery mixed practice in Denton, Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for an Associate Dentist to join a stable, low-turnover team following a relocation.

You’ll earn £15-£16 per UDA (dependent on experience), with a negotiable UDA allocation and genuine scope to grow your private work alongside your NHS commitments. A couple of the dentists at the practice are now managing a majority private patient list.

Working 3-4 days a week, with Tuesdays
- Friday preferred, you’ll have the backing of a hands‑on Principal Dentist with over 30 years at the practice.

What's on Offer

£15-£16 per UDA, depending on experience
Negotiable UDA allocation to suit your pace
50/50 private split, with strong scope to grow private and aligner work
3-4 days per week, Tuesday

Hands‑on mentorship from an experienced Principal Dentist

Supported by a dental nurse with 5 years' experience, plus in‑house therapist and hygienist

GDC registration (mandatory)
NHS Performer Number (mandatory)
2 years of general practice experience preferred
Strong communicator with a genuinely patient‑centred approach
Interest in restorative dentistry and aligner treatment
Looking to settle long‑term and build lasting patient relationships
