Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Curio Architects is a growing practice working across residential, commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for an experienced Part 2 or recently qualified Architect to join the team and work on the delivery of our residential projects.
This role suits someone confident working on live projects and able to take responsibility for defined packages of work.
Role overviewYou will work on residential projects ranging from private houses to medium scale residential developments, contributing to both design and delivery stages.
Responsibilities will include:- Supporting the design and delivery of residential projects
- Running defined work packages with limited supervision
- Producing planning and technical information in Revit
- Coordinating with consultants on allocated tasks
- Attending client, consultant and design team meetings as required
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
Clear direction and support will be provided, alongside increasing responsibility as experience grows.
About you Essential- Part 2 qualified or recently qualified Architect
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Experience working on UK residential projects
- Confident producing planning and technical information
- Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working directly with colleagues and clients
- Experience on small residential developments
- Some exposure to site or contractor coordination
- UK practice experience
Working pattern
This is a hybrid role.
Attendance is expected in our South London office near London Bridge on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
