Architect / Senior Architect – North East (UK)

An established and growing architectural studio in the North East is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of talented Architects and Senior Architects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative design environment working on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, contributing to both creative design development and technical delivery. The studio offers a supportive culture where architects are encouraged to develop their careers while contributing to high-quality, meaningful projects.

The Role:

You will play an integral role in delivering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with colleagues, consultants and clients. Senior level candidates will also support team development and mentoring of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and contribute to the delivery of architectural projects across a range of sectors

* Produce and coordinate design and technical information across project stages

* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants

* Support project management, programme coordination and design development

* Contribute to mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the studio (senior roles)

Requirements:

* ARB/RIBA qualified Architect (or working towards)

* Strong design and technical capability

* Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages

* Good communication and team collaboration skills

* Proficiency in industry-standard design and BIM software
