Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia seeks a CDM Principal Designer - Architect in Newcastle upon Tyne. The successful candidate will lead project delivery and manage design risks across residential, commercial, retail, refurbishment, education, and healthcare projects.
As an ARB-registered/RIBA-registered Architect, you'll ensure effective communication with the Principal Contractor and contribute to a supportive hybrid working environment with a negotiable salary and attractive benefits.
