Diverse Jobs Matter seeks a User Researcher in Leeds to support the design and improvement of user-centred digital services. Hybrid work with travel to the office or client sites is typical for at least two days per week.
You will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, test services through development, and translate findings into clear recommendations for design and business decisions within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
