Bim Coordinator

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

We're looking for a BIM Engineer to join a growing construction team in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional with experience in model coordination, survey data processing, and digital construction workflows to play a key role across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for civil, structural, and architectural works
Create accurate as-built models from surveys, drawings, and construction records
Process Leica GPS/GNSS and point-cloud survey data
Coordinate and manage Civil 3D, Revit, and AutoCAD models
Perform clash detection and BIM coordination across disciplines
Produce and update shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation
Manage models through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Common Data Environments
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BEPs, TIDPs, and client requirements
Support site teams with model-based construction and setting-out information
Deliver final as-built BIM models and project handover documentation

What We're Looking For:

Experience with BIM coordination and model management
Strong proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
Experience working with survey and point-cloud data
Understanding of construction and engineering project workflows
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
