Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Brandon James Ltd is seeking a Lead Building Regulations Principal Designer to take a key role within its Principal Designer offering. You will lead on Higher-Risk Buildings and complex residential projects, providing technical ownership and guiding design compliance.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, advise clients on Building Regulations and Building Safety Act requirements, manage Gateway submissions and maintain the Golden Thread while growing the BRPD service nationally.
