Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Location: Newcastle
Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 (DOE)
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established environmental consultancy delivering high-quality asbestos services across the North East. They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support ongoing contracts in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG
264 - Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring
- Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites
- Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports
- Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications
- Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
- Good IT and report writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
