Are you an experienced Senior Landscape Architect looking for a fresh challenge in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment?
We are working with a multidisciplinary practice who are looking for a talented Senior Landscape Architect to lead and deliver high-quality landscape projects, working alongside a passionate team of designers, architects, and consultants.
ABOUTTHE ROLE
Based in Newcastle, this Senior Landscape Architect role offers the opportunity to take the lead on a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use developments, residential schemes, education facilities, and commercial landscapes. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding projects from concept to completion, engaging directly with clients, design teams, and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Leading the design and delivery of landscape projects
- Producing concept designs, technical drawings, and 3D visualisations
- Managing client relationships and collaborating with external consultants
- Preparing reports, specifications, and planning submissions
- Overseeing construction detailing and implementation
- Representing the practice in stakeholder and client meetings
- Supporting bids, tenders, and business development opportunities
- A degree in Landscape Architecture
- 5+ years' experience in a professional landscape practice
- Proven ability to lead projects independently
- Strong technical design and detailing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, and 3D modelling software
- Knowledge of UK planning policy and industry standards
- A full UK driving licence
