We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Rheumatologist to join our client’s esteemed medical team in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert care in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases.
Conduct patient consultations, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Manage both outpatient and inpatient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in clinical governance and audit activities.
Teach and train junior staff, stay updated on the latest advancements in rheumatology, and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

GMC registered.
CCT.
Extensive experience in rheumatology, with a high level of competence in diagnosing and managing rheumatic diseases.
