Contract: Long-Term, Part-Time or Day-to-Day.

Pay: £90 £ 130 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

Seven Education is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work across a variety of Primary, Middle, and Secondary schools in the North East.

This is a brilliant opportunity for passionate individuals who want to play a vital role in helping pupils succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils achieve learning goals.
• Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and behaviour management.
• Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence.
• Contribute to creating a positive, safe, and inspiring learning environment.
• (For HLTAs) Lead lessons, deliver interventions, and provide class cover when required.

• Previous experience working in an educational setting (school, college, or youth work).
• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• TA qualification (Level 2/3) or HLTA status is desirable but not essential.
• Additional training (e.g., Safeguarding, Team Teach, or Behaviour Support) is an advantage.

Competitive daily rates £90 £ 130 (depending on experience and role).
