Humanities Teacher

Teacher of Humanities – Newcastle Secondary School

A Teacher of Humanities is required for a good secondary school in Newcastle. You will deliver Humanities lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 pupils. This is a full‑time Humanities Teacher role that will begin as soon as possible and continue until at least the end of December – it may extend further. The school is mixed‑sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

• Have good classroom‑management skills
• Have a passion for teaching Humanities
• Have excellent subject knowledge for KS3 and KS4 Humanities
• Be able to organise yourself
• Be able to plan effective, engaging Humanities lessons

We are keen to hear from both experienced Humanities teachers and ECTs.
