Our partner primary school in Newcastle is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their friendly and inclusive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and wants to make a real difference in children’s learning and development.

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs or additional learning needs within the classroom.
• Assisting the teacher with delivering lessons and activities.
• Encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviour.
• Supporting small group work and one-to-one interventions.
• Helping with preparation and supervision of classroom resources.

• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable but not essential.
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) desirable but not essential.
