Position: Graduates Needed - Learning Support Assistant

Pay:

£95 to £115 per day, paid weekly through PAYE
Dependent on experience and responsibilities

About the Role

If you’re a recent graduate looking for a role that actually feels meaningful, this could be a brilliant next step. We work with supportive secondary schools across the North East that need calm, reliable people to join their learning support teams this term.

You’ll be helping students build confidence, settle into routines and stay engaged in lessons. It’s hands‑on, people-focused and a great way to explore careers in teaching, psychology, youth work or pastoral support.

No school experience needed. If you’re patient, positive and ready to learn, we’ll guide you.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting students in lessons and small groups
  • Helping them stay focused, motivated and confident
  • Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
  • Offering encouragement, reassurance and steady support throughout the day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
