Our Introduction to Thrive course gives you the tools to:

• Understand and support children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs

• Build positive, lasting relationships with pupils

• Help create calmer, more focused learning environments

It’s a highly valued skill that schools look for—and it’ll give you the confidence to make an impact from day one.

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Helping to manage behaviour and maintain routines

• Assisting the class teacher with learning and engagement

• Supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs

• Availability Monday to Friday (term time only)

• A caring, proactive, and dependable approach

• Experience working with children or young people (ideal but not essential)

• Interest in education, care, psychology, or SEND

• Free Thrive training via Supporting Education Group

• Weekly PAYE pay—no umbrella or hidden fees

• Term-time only roles across the North East

• Ongoing consultant support and local school connections

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
