We’re looking for confident, motivated people to work in secondary schools across Newcastle, helping to keep lessons on track and students engaged when teachers are unavailable. What you’ll do:

• Supervise lessons and deliver pre-prepared work
• Keep students focused and learning during cover lessons
• Support the school day-to‑day, working with teachers and support staff
• Build valuable classroom experience and develop key skills

You’ll need:

• A degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication skills and a calm, positive attitude
• Confidence working with young people
• A flexible, professional approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
