Bench。 Person Specification Minimum Essential Requirements

• Right to work in厅UK
• Minimum of 2 references
• Enhanced DBS clearance

Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Level  servo6 Qualification – Degree
• Experience working in a primary school

Dutoops And Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children.
• Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation אנשי children in academic and social activities.
• Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.
• Implement the daily routine.
• When directed, plan and implement age‑appropriate activities with other staff.
• Assist children in personal‑intimate care.
• Regularly evaluate children’s development and keep records as directed by the teacher.
• Liaise with parents/carers only when directed by the class teacher.
• Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and safeguarding requirements, ensuring children are supervised at all times.
• Ensure a high‑quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each development stage.
