Attendance Mentor

Are you good at building rapport and encouraging young people to re-engage with school? This Attendance Mentor role focuses on supporting students whose attendance or punctuality needs a boost.

You’ll work closely with pastoral teams, families and students to remove barriers, build trust and help young people feel more connected to school.

Daily pay: £90–£110

• Supporting students with attendance and engagement
• Running check-ins and mentoring sessions
• Working with families and school staff
• Helping students build routines and confidence
• Tracking progress and celebrating improvements

• Experience working with young people
• A patient, encouraging and resilient approach
• Strong communication skills
• Someone who understands that attendance is about relationships, not just numbers

This is a rewarding role where progress can be gradual but hugely impactful.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
