- Assessing learner evidence and providing timely, constructive written and verbal feedback
- Provide high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to learners, helping them make informed decisions about programme suitability, progress, next steps and available support.
- Signpost learners to appropriate internal/external support services and record IAG conversations/decisions in line with policy and safeguarding.
You'll also lead and contribute to:
- Initial assessment, eligibility checks, onboarding, and induction activities
- Progress tracking, formal reviews, and compliance with ESFA and awarding body requirements
- Effective use of e-portfolios and virtual learning environments
- Continuous improvement of programmes, resources, and delivery approaches
- CPD, standardisation, and cross-programme support as required
