• Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities that support early development.
• Working closely with individual SEND children or small groups, offering targeted support.

• Recent sociology graduate or soon‑to‑be graduate with a passion for working with young children.

• Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.
• Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
