We are seeking a dedicated SEND Support Practitioner to join our specialist provision supporting children and young people with SEND, including SEMH and neurodivergent needs.
Our purpose is to transform the lives of our students through a child-centred, adaptive approach to education. We provide bespoke, targeted support for every pupil, developed through authentic relationships, close work with families and external professionals, and a strong focus on inclusion and wellbeing.
You will support pupils to engage positively with learning and daily life, helping them to develop emotional regulation, confidence and resilience. The role involves working flexibly across settings and contributing to a nurturing, structured and aspirational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs in and beyond the classroom
- Promoting wellbeing, positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Building strong relationships with pupils and families
- Working collaboratively with staff and external agencies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
