PositionEnhanced Learning Support Assistant – Level 3
Salary£26,403 – £27,254 per annum pro rata
Hours37 hours per week, term time, plus 11 additional days (8:30‑16:30 Mon, 8:00‑16:00 Tue‑Thu, 8:00‑15:30 Fri)
Start DateRequired from September 2026
Responsibilities- Support students, especially those with SEND, throughout the school.
- Lead the new language and communication support programme.
- Engage with students and support them in overcoming a range of learning difficulties.
- Support the Catholic/Christian ethos at St Mary’s in this role.
- English to GCSE or equivalent.
- Enthusiasm for working with young people.
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check and an online search for shortlisted candidates.
- Full training and support will be provided.
