What youll do Deliver engaging theory and practical lessons across Plumbing & Heating programmes Create high-quality learning materials for diverse learners Provide constructive feedback to support learner achievement Support learners through tutorials and pastoral guidance Maintain accurate progress and achievement records Keep curriculum content aligned with industry standards Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and health & safety What were looking for Essential (or willing to work towards):
Level 3 Plumbing & Heating qualification Strong industry background (domestic or commercial) Ability to deliver practical and theory sessions Level 2 English & Maths (or willingness to achieve) Clear communication and strong organisational skills Desirable:
Teaching qualification (L5 DET/PGCE) Assessor qualification (CAVA/TAQA) Gas Safe registration Experience mentoring apprentices or junior engineers This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson ready to transition into teaching full training and support provided.
