Prior Pursglove and Stockton Sixth Form College is seeking a Preparing for Adulthood Coach to join our SEND and Inclusion team. In this role, you will support learners in developing independence skills, working closely with students with special educational needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting personalized learning approaches and understand the Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process. If you're passionate about fostering independence, we want to hear from you!
