As a Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across your specialist subject area while maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour. You will play a key role in motivating students, monitoring progress, and creating an inclusive environment where every learner can succeed.

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Promote positive behaviour and high standards of achievement
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Previous experience teaching within a secondary school setting
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
• Adaptable, professional, and committed approach
• Ability to motivate and inspire young people
• Team Teach training is a plus and would be highly advantageous
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
• Reliable and dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for students
