Key Stage 1 Teacher (Full-time, Temporary)

£600 - £1,258.55 per week (salary depending on experience and/or qualifications)

A Primary School based in Newcastle Upon Tyne is looking to employ a Year 1 Teacher to join their team on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for a Year 1 class and will play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from the Early Years Foundation Stage into Key Stage 1. Teach Year 1 students, design and deliver differentiated learning plans, support pupils with SEND, and collaborate with the teaching team and leadership to promote a supportive learning environment.

• Experience of teaching within KS1.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
• Excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.
