Working hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8.30am‑3.30pm;
Wednesday 8.30am‑4.30pm.

Contract:

Fixed Term 1st September 2026 until 16th July 2027, with possibility of extension or permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Governance team seeks a creative, talented and innovative Learning Support Assistant with proven experience in EYFS to support children’s learning and achieve their full potential.

• Work as part of the Reception team, supporting teachers in classroom activities.
• Assist with teaching and learning activities and intervention programmes for children with SEN.
• Provide one‑to‑one support for children as required.
• Help deliver the school vision of “having fun, learning together”, fostering curiosity, caring, creativity and courage.

• Excellent learning support assistant with positive attitude and outlook.
• Creative and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
• Flexible and able to use initiative to meet children's needs and EYFS demands.
• Experience working with children with additional needs and in EYFS.
• Inclusive practitioner with ambitious standards and high expectations for all pupils.
• Well‑organised, highly motivated and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
