DT Teacher; KS4 - Long-Term

DT Teacher (KS4) - Full-Time Long-Term South Birmingham (Hall Green) 170- 220 per day (DOE) Immediate Start

A secondary school in South Birmingham is looking for a Design Technology Teacher with KS4 experience to join them on a full-time, long-term basis.

This role is expected to continue until July 2026, with the possibility of extension.

• Teaching DT across KS3 and KS4
• Full-time timetable, Monday to Friday
• Planning and marking required
• Potential form group responsibilities
• May involve duties before school, break, lunch, or after school
• Attendance at parents evenings may be required
• Ad hoc lesson cover and departmental support where needed

• QTS or ECT welcome
• Strong DT subject knowledge with KS4 teaching experience
• Confident classroom and behaviour management
• Reliable, organised, and able to work within a busy department

• 170- 220 per day depending on experience
• Full-time, stable work through to summer 2026
• Opportunity to secure a longer-term or permanent role

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, manage practical classroom environments effectively, and deliver consistently from day one.
