GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teachers (All Subjects) to work in schools across Tamworth

This is an exciting opportunity for qualified teachers specialising in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, Computer Science, Design Technology, Languages, and more. As a Secondary Teacher
, you will deliver engaging lessons, support student achievement, and help create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Secondary Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of learners of varying abilities
  • Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a productive learning environment
  • Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and school activities where required
Requirements of a Secondary Teacher:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in your specialist subject or a related field
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools is desirable
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A flexible, proactive, and engaging teaching approach
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
