Position: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £47,133 - £48,626
ResponsibilitiesYour focus will be on three core areas:
Develop a flexible and innovative curriculum for the courses within your responsibility that is responsive to feedback from current learners and anticipates likely changes in demand from future learners. Continually improve standards of course performance and teaching and learning across all courses within your area of responsibility. Support the Curriculum Manager in providing clear leadership to all the staff within the curriculum area so that the College can achieve its overall objective of being excellent in all areas.

- Continually improve standards of course performance and teaching and learning across all courses within your area of responsibility.
- Support the Curriculum Manager in providing clear leadership to all the staff within the curriculum area so that the College can achieve its overall objective of being excellent in all areas.
- Has a first degree (or holds professional qualifications appropriate to employment within the area of teaching).
- Holds an appropriate teaching qualification such as DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent.
- Is an outstanding teacher who achieves excellent levels of success; able to work with awarding bodies and university on validation, quality standards and curriculum development.
