Vision for Education is recruiting a 1:1 Tutor to support students based in Newcastle. The tutor will deliver core subjects—Maths and English—one‑on‑one with pupils who are unable to attend regular education or who require additional support due to SEND or who are looked after. Sessions may range from 1 to 5 hours per day depending on student need, and the role is long‑term to offer consistency for the students.

• A teaching qualification
• Experience building positive relationships with students
• Experience working with students with SEND
• The ability to deliver Maths and English sessions
• A passion for supporting students who struggle to engage with education
• Ability to collaborate with professionals such as social workers and educational psychologists
