The school is committed to helping every student achieve their potential through a therapeutic approach, strong relationships and a dedicated staff team.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis with an ASAP start. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils with SEMH needs, providing 1:1 support and leading small group interventions while promoting positive behaviour and encouraging engagement in learning.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
• Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
• Confidence delivering 1:1 and small group support
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient and positive attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
