SEND / Behaviour Support - Secondary Schools
Full time, £95 to £105 per day.
What you'll be doing- Delivering short term behaviour interventions to identified pupils
- Providing consistent 1:1 and small group support
- Assisting pupils in developing positive behaviour strategies
- Working collaboratively with SEN and pastoral teams
- Following whole school behaviour and safeguarding protocols
- Experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs
- Confidence in delivering structured behavioural support
- Calm, patient and professional under pressure
- Ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual pupil needs
- Competitive daily rate of £95 - £100 per day
- Weekly PAYE payments, ensuring consistent and reliable income
- Access to high quality CPD and training, including SEN, safeguarding, behaviour management and pastoral development
- Opportunities for short term and long term or permanent placements within local schools
- Dedicated consultant to support your professional development and placement journey
- Experience across a range of secondary school settings in Newcastle

- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
