The Supply Register is working in partnership with Newcastle College to recruit Business Lecturers to support across their curriculum. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a well-established college, with the potential to secure longer-term or permanent roles.

The Role

You’ll support learners across a range of business courses, helping them develop the knowledge and skills needed for further study or careers in the sector.

Deliver engaging lessons across Level 1–Level 3 (BTEC / A Level / T Level)

Teach topics such as marketing, finance, enterprise, and management

Support learners with coursework, assignments, and exam preparation

Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds:

Essential:

Experience in Business, Management, or a related field (teaching or industry)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to engage and support post-16 learners

A flexible and reliable approach

Desirable:

Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DET)

Experience with in Further Education

Experience delivering BTEC, A Level, or similar

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
