Prospero Newcastle are looking for an experienced educator to work as a tutor for a young person who has been permanently excluded from their education placement. This position offers up to £30 per hour and can be either full‑time or part‑time.

The student is a 15‑year‑old, neurodiverse individual located in the East End of Newcastle who struggles with mental health. The role involves building rapport, helping the student re‑integrate into a school setting, and supporting their learning in Maths and English.

• Build a rapport with the young person
• Complete baseline assessments
• Mark sessional attendance
• Complete weekly reports
• Develop and update an Individual Learning Plan
