Teaching Assistant: 1:1 & SEND Support

We're currently growing our team of Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary, secondary and SEND schools across Newcastle and the surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced TA, a recent Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant graduate, or have experience working with children through care, coaching or youth work, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assist teachers with engaging classroom activities.
• Support children with a range of additional needs, including SEND.
• Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Gain experience in a variety of local schools while choosing when you work.

• Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable but not essential).
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
