Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Protocol Education is seeking a resilient and compassionate 1:1 SEND Support Assistant to support a child with complex behavioural needs in Byker, Newcastle. You will stay calm under pressure, build positive relationships and help the pupil feel safe and ready to learn.
Experience with SEND/SEMH or challenging behaviour is valued, as is following safeguarding and behaviour plans. Weekly PAYE, free CPD, and dedicated consultant support are available through Protocol Education.
