Wayman Education is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will work with pupils facing SEMH challenges, delivering targeted 1-to-1 and small group interventions to improve behaviour and engagement.
You will track progress, liaise with SENCO and staff, and support students in developing coping strategies, attendance, and social skills to re-engage with lessons.
