West Hill Primary Academy, are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed SEN Associate Teacher to join their talented and supportive team in their

Specialist Resource Base Provision on a fixed term basis.

The role is for 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm, 38 weeks per year, term time only. The full-time salary is currently paid at £26,168 (September 2026 pay), pro-rata to an actual annual salary of £19,610.16

We are looking for someone who is:

able to contribute to, and work as part of a team

ideally has experience working with children with learning difficulties or delivering interventions

passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential

hold a TA qualification with GCSEs in English & Maths A-C or equivalent

committed to high expectations of children's learning and behaviour

excellent communication and personal skills and a flexible attitude.
