Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Westminster School, via Marchant Recruitment, is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students with SEMH needs in the Westminster area. The role focuses on mentoring students at risk of exclusion, helping them develop coping strategies and stay engaged in class.
You will work closely with the SENCO and Pastoral Lead to deliver personalised support, de-escalate crises, and track progress through IEPs. A resilient, communicative mentor with a never-give-up attitude is ideal.
