Milk Education Liverpool is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisor to work across a range of secondary schools in the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and thrives in a fast‑paced, classroom‑based role.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring lessons continue smoothly and students remain engaged in their learning.

• Supervising classes and delivering pre-set work across various subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
• Supporting students to stay focused, engaged, and on task
• Ensuring a positive and safe learning environment
• Adapting to different subjects and year groups with confidence

• Experience working with young people (school-based or otherwise)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A confident, proactive approach
• Flexibility to work across different settings
• A genuine interest in helping students succeed
