Protocol Education Ltd. is seeking a psychology graduate to work as a 1:1 SEND Support Assistant in a Newcastle primary school from September.
You will provide tailored, one-to-one support to a Year 1 pupil, helping them engage with learning and build confidence under the guidance of teachers and the SENDCo. You’ll contribute to personalised strategies, adapt activities for individual needs, and develop classroom relationships with staff.
