Full-Time | September Start |Long-Term Opportunity with Permanent Potential
As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support for students across KS3 and KS4
- Help students with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs engage successfully in lessons
- Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities and remove barriers to education
- Support students with emotional regulation, organisation and confidence
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence and resilience
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students, families and staff
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing school environment

We’re Looking For- Experience supporting children or young people in education, care or youth work
- Experience with SEND, SEMH, Autism (ASC) or ADHD is highly desirable
- Calm, patient and resilient individuals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- A genuine passion for helping every young person succeed
Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology, Health & Social Care or related subjects are also encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
