Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term Opportunity with Permanent Potential
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their individual goals
- Work closely with teachers to adapt learning activities and resources
- Support students with SEND, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia and SEMH needs where required
- Encourage confidence, independence and active participation in lessons
- Build positive relationships that help students feel safe, motivated and engaged

We’re Looking For- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
- Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors, Youth Workers and Support Workers are encouraged to apply
- Graduates considering a career in teaching or educational psychology are welcomed
