The Role

As an MFL Teacher, you will:

  • Teach French, Spanish or German across KS3 and KS4
  • Deliver engaging lessons that develop students' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
  • Inspire confidence in communicating in another language
  • Promote an appreciation of different cultures and global perspectives
  • Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
  • Work collaboratively within a successful Languages department
  • Contribute to language clubs, cultural events and enrichment opportunities where appropriate

We're Looking For
  • Qualified MFL Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
  • Specialisms in French, Spanish and German are all welcomed
  • ECTs looking for a supportive start to their teaching career
  • Strong classroom practitioners with excellent subject knowledge
  • Teachers who can inspire confidence, curiosity and a love of languages
  • Educators who build positive relationships while maintaining high expectations
