SEMH Behaviour Mentor – Newcastle upon Tyne (Full-Time) Be the consistent, encouraging adult who helps young people feel understood and ready to move forward.

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist educational setting in Newcastle upon Tyne
. You'll support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs who may find school, relationships or emotional regulation challenging.

This role is about more than managing behaviour. You'll take the time to understand the reasons behind it, build positive relationships and help pupils develop practical strategies that support their learning and wellbeing. Some days will be challenging, but the progress you help create can be genuinely life-changing.

We understand that supporting pupils with SEMH needs requires patience, resilience and the right support around you. Our team will be there throughout your placement, helping you develop professionally and find opportunities that suit your strengths.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
