Time Plan Education is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in Brent, helping pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs. The role requires resilience, compassion and a proven track record in supporting literacy through phonics interventions.
You will work closely with teachers and SENDCos to implement IEPs and behaviour strategies, building positive relationships while maintaining high expectations for learning and inclusion.
